This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured primarily by Transdigm, Inc., however there are some items where other approved sources exist. All NSNs are available for download under the "special download" menu item on the DSCC Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). Offerors should be aware that there is potential for multiple awards. FSCs to be covered under this project include : 4720, 4730 and 4820. The total extension shall not exceed 4 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1). While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance as described in theis solicitation.
