Pail shall be 5 gal min., high-density polyethylene, 90 mil (min) thick, white, with metal bail. Lid shall be high-density polyethylene, have gasket and shall completely seal the pail when properly attached. The lid shall have a collapsible spout positioned near the edge. The pail with lid properly attached and spout collapsed shall not exceed 12-1/2 inches in outside diameter and 15-1/4 inches in outside height, not including bail. Note: special marking required. Spout shall be collapsible with a resuable screw-on cap for food service use and be set into a 2-1/4 inch min. diam. hole in the lide near the edge, not the center.
