This synopsis is issued for the purpose of obtaining potential sources for the performance of these services. The solicitation will be issued as a cost comparison study under Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76. The activities include operation of the following: child care facility for up to 165 children; recreation center and programs for military personnel and youth; base gymnasium and fitness programs; an 18-hole golf course; a 10-lane bowling alley; auto hobby shop; and crafts center.
