This solicitation is being issued on an "unrestricted" basis inviting full and open competition. Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision required for the demolition and removal of sixteen (16) wood-framed and masonry structures totaling approximately 405,000 square feet of floor area. The work includes removal and disposal of asbestos containing material, and the removal and disposal of lead contaminated components of the structures. Handling and disposal of hazardous waste is included. Firm fixed price, one bid item. 180 calendar days to completion. Proposals will be evaluated based on price and other price-related factors and the following technical factors: (1) past performance, (2) subcontracting efforts, and (3) environmental qualifications.
