This project consists of demolition of WWII Buildings and various other structures, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, and other regulated materials disposal, Fort Polk, Louisiana. The solicitation will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Solicitations will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
