The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has a requirement for Executive Coaching Services in support of the Director of DFAS. The purpose of this effort is to obtain coaching services to learn new skills to cope with the changing organizational demands, deal with a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, and to quickly master customer oriented skills and behaviors. The requirement contains various requirements and deliverables. Primary place of performance is Arlington, Virginia. DFAS intends to issue RFQ MDA210-00-Q-0004 in an effort to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). It is the intent of the BPA to secure discounts on a per order and a cumulative basis throughout the life of the BPA. The period of performance for the BPA will be one base year and three additional option years. Only Federal Supply Schedule holders will be considered for award. Specifically, DFAS seeks contractors holding GSA schedules under Special Item Number 874-1, Consulting Services Facilitation Services. The Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ) will be provided, either hard copy of by email, upon request.
