Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Allied Systems Company for the Pacific Marine Center (PMC). Purpose of contract is to refurbish and upgrade an Allied systems Model CT-5 winch and 40-HP PU. No other source known which can service OEM equipment due to proprietary Allied Systems Co. equipment.
