D -- INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a follow-on sole source purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the incumbent firm, SYNCROTECH Software Corporation, for 968 hours of accounting technician services. The services will provide on-site technical support for input of Time and Attendance (T&A) and Employee Data Collection information to the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application and the Defense Civilian Payroll System, and will complete the transition to the decentralization of the SLDCADA timekeeping system. The period of performance for this order will be 6 months with a 6 month option to allow for a competitive follow-on. This request is considered to be sole source to SYNCROTECH Software Corporation, therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
