The sessions are interactive with a process stressing understanding and applying strategy, strategic decision-making, and plan development. The sessions are divided into two two-day workshops. During the first workshop a draft plan will be developed. After the workshop, the user will continue to work on the plan forwarding it to the contractor for review prior to the second workshop. During the second workshop, the contractor will use war gaming techniques to review and improve the final plan and presentation.
