DESC: The work includes but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide and install fixed industrial stairs with handrails, catwalk with handrails and landings, and guardrails to prevent maintenance personnel from falling from the above ground fuel tanks surface. Design, fabrication, and installation shall be in accordance with Air Force Occupational Safety and Health Standard (AFOSH) 91- 22, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) (Standard _ 29 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard A12.1-1973, and The _Metal Stairs Manual_ (National Association of Architectural Metal Manufactures).
