The Advanced Multifunction RF Systems (AMRFS) program needs to procure a host software to initialize and control a Navy Joint Tractical Information Distribution System (JTIDS) class II terminal in a laboratory environment. In addition to interfacing with the JTIDS terminal via the 1553 bus, host software must also be able to communicate with the AMRFS resource manager via a TCP/IP or ethernet interface.
