L -- TECH REP SERV. TO PROVIDE LEVEL OF EFFORT NECESSARY FOR SYS TECH SUPPORT (STS) SOL DAAE07-00-R-M026 POC Ms. Angela Vendittelli 810-574-7228 System Technical Support (STS) for the Light Armored Vehicle (LAV). See Note 22. This contract may be for up to 46,000 hours, which may be added by exercising options over a 5-year period. The Contractor shall provide the Level of Effort necessary to accomplish System Technical Support (STS) functions for vehicles, components and support equipment, managed by the Program Manager's Office (PMO) of the Light Armored Vehicle (LAV). The Contractor will be required to conduct various studies to correct known or potential deficiencies, design and fabricate prototype parts or equipment, refurbish vehicles with new parts or equipment, conduct economic analyses, accomplish cost reductions and analyze program alternatives. The actual work to be performed shall be governed by Work Directives. The Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) may issue Work Directives for any vehicle supported by the PM-LAV during the term of this Contract.
