The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Strategic Analysis, 4001 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 175, Arlington, VA 22203 for strategic planning, concept development, and requirements analysis activities relating to tactical missile and ordnance technical programs. This is a sole source acquisition to Strategic Analysis due to the specialized knowledge and experience they possess in the ordnance technical programs. Award is to be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a response no later than 18 November 1999. The Government will not issue a written request for quotation as all items are identified in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) notice. DOD will no longer award contracts to contractors that are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
