The facility must be contained within a single site complex that allows access between the training and lodging rooms without exiting the building. This requirement is for a base year with a one-year option and a six-(6) month extension (FAR 52.217-8), for a total of 30 months. This solicitation will be conducted using the Test Program for Commercial Items FAR Subpart 13.5 simplified procedures for Commercial Items. The Request for Quotation (MDA220-00-Q-0004) will be posted on the DFAS website and can be accessed at http://www.dfas.mil/aso/ The RFQ is expected to be available in approximately three (3) days for downloading and will contain instructions on how to respond.
