13 -- AMMUNITION-SHOTGUN FIRED FLASH-BANG SOL No solicitation DUE 121799 POC Linda White, Contracting Officer, 410-278-2998/FAX: 410-278-2980 The Research, Development & Acquisition Office, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is seeking to identify potential sources who can provide a 2.75" to 3.0" shell that acts as an explosive, flash-bang device. The preferred device will feed and function in a standard 12 gauge shotgun and will be able to achieve effective ranges of up to 100 meters. This notice is not to be considered a solicitation; no solicitation exists. All responses received by the response deadline will be reviewed to determine what firms have explosive devices that meet or exceed the foregoing requirement.
