59 -- CORRECTION **SEMI-AUTONOMOUS HYDROGRAPHIC RECONNAISSANCE VEHICLE (SAHRV SOL n/a POC Contact, Rob Flowers, Contract Specialist (703) 602-0951 x624 The previous CBD Presolicitation Notice for the SAHRV did not adequately describe all of the items to be procured. In addition to the completion of design, fabrication and testing of two (2) SAHRV Engineering Development Models (EDMs) and the subsequent delivery of fourteen (14) Full Operational Capability (FOC) SAHRV units, the following items are to also be procured: support of Initial Operational Testing and Evaluation (IOT&E), spare and repair parts, technical and logistics support, equipment maintenance, upgrades of existing Advanced Development Model (ADM) units to EDM configuration, and technical data package development. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Naval Sea Systems Command. "Production Requirements -- The production of the supplies listed requires a substantial initial investment or an expected period of preparation for manufacture."
