(4) Two channels to measure and display all 4 S-parameters simultaneously. Reflection and transmission measurements in terms of magnitude, phase, Smith group delay, SWR, and smith chart. (5) Built-in vector error correction program. (6) Tuned receiver to obtain a dynamic range of at least 100 dB. (7) Connectors 3.5 mm, with the possibility to adapt to waveguide or on wafer. (8) IEEE 488 functions SH1, AH1, T6, TE0, L4, LE0, SR1, RL1, PP0, DC1, DT0, C0, C1, C10, E2. (9) Current calibration. (10) Refurbished equipment acceptable. (11) Warranty 90 day MINIMUM. (12) Acceptance subject to NIST=92s evaluation not to = exceed 10 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt of product. (13) HP8719D or HP8720D = with option 007 or equal. (14) Award will be based on Technical merit as well as price. As the technical merit becomes more equal, price = becomes a greater factor.
