Basic Order Agreements (BOA) for calendar year 2000 and options to renew for 4 additional 12-month periods will be established with a maximum of six (6) responsive/responsible vendors for the following requirements: No. 2 Heating Fuel Oil, low sulfur, ASTM, domestic, all costs included for delivery within 24 hours of award. Pricing will be obtained at time of requirement by telephone to any/all vendors who have established BOAs with VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. Required estimates at time of order are approximately 20,000 to 80,000 gallons.
