RFP# JC-RVI-9-03 for the operation of the Guthrie Job corps Center located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, will be available on the World Wide Web, Job Corps Acquisition Home Page, on or about December 3, 1999 at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/schedule.html. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost reimbursement plus fixed-fee for a 2 year base period of May 1, 2000 through April 30, 2002, plus three Governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 500 residential students and 50 non-residential students; 260 males and 290 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 1999 at the Guthrie JCC, 3106 W. University, Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044. There will be a tour of the facility following the pre-proposal conference. Upon entering the facility, participants must report to the Administration building. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, February 9, 2000 to the Dallas Regional Office.
