Y -- RENOVATIONS TO BLOCKHOUSES FOR BUILDING 2763 DUE 120799 POC Ms. Roseanna Pierce, 518-561-0232, ext. 14 ADVERTISMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the "Renovations to Blockhouses for Building 2763" will be received by the Plattsburgh Airbase Redevelopment Corporation, (PARC), 426 US Oval, Suite 1000, Plattsburgh, New York 12903, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 1999 and then publicly opened and read aloud. These Renovations include demolition, new plumbing and domestic water systems, sawcutting and replacement of existing floor systems to effect installation of the new plumbing systems, flushing of the existing sanitary waste systems, demolition of the existing wall systems, construction of new block and gypsum board wall systems, new doors and hardware, air conditioning systems including ductwork, new suspended ceilings, new trench covers, painting, minor electrical modifications, and other renovations and additions as noted in the Contract Documents. Contract Documents are available to all bidders and may be reviewed at PARC from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contractors may obtain copies of these documents by contacting Ms. Roseanna Pierce, 518-561-0232, ext. 14. The site visit will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. starting at the PARC offices. If the bids are mailed, the envelope must state "Renovations to Blockhouses for Building 2763" on it.
