PROCUREMENT NOTICE N68711-99-B-333396; REPLACE 8" SEWER MAIN AT WING 4 & WING 6, M/L, AT THE NAVAL AIR WEAPONS STATION, CHINA LAKE, CA.- Project is primarily to replace approximately 600 LF of 8" sewer main including approximately 12 each 4" laterals and 1 each 6" lateral. Work includes removal of acid waste piping (AWP) at crossings. The AWP is considered contaminated along with the soil adjacent to the AWP, which must be segregated by the contractor. Government will perform all testing and will dispose of all hazardous waste. Equipment access is limited to a personnel double door. This acquisition is unrestricted, for a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The contract completion time is 90 calendar days. The SIC Code is 1711. The related small business standard is $7.0 Million.
