Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work required to complete unfinished work from a terminated contract to include but not limited to electrical, plumbing, installation of ceramic tile, VCT flooring, painting, installation of downspouts and gutters at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This is a reprocurement from a defaulted contract. Attendance to the site visit stated in the solicitation is strongly encouraged/highly recommended. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is 120 calendar days. The proposed solicitation is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1542 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17.0 million. The successful contractor will be made to that responsive and responsible offeror whose price is most advantageous to the government.
