The work will be performed during the annual navigation lock outage beginning on 4 March 2000 and continuing thought 18 March 2000. The work consists of(1) Installing two 1-3/8 inch diameter by approximately 9 foot long anchor bolts at the navigation lock upstream lift gate trunnion. (2) Injection grouting of the navigation lock downstream lift gate guides. (3) Repair of armor angle and replacement of approximately 12 timbers at the navigation lock upstream guide wall. The estimated dollar range is between $250,000. And $500,000. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 1629.
