58 -- AN/SPS-48(V) RADAR PROGRAM SOL N00024-00-G-5231 POC Point of Contact, G. Michael Dodd, Contracting Officer, SEA 02522, (703) 602-8000 Ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a period of up to three years under a new Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-00-G-5231 with ITT Industries, ITT Gilfillan Division, of 7821 Orion Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91403. Orders will be issued for equipment changes/product improvements and studies for the AN/SPS-48 Radar System. As the design agent and sole manufacturer of the AN/SPS-48 radar, ITT Gilfillan is the only known source capable of providing these materials and services. This BOA will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".
