This office conducted a market survey and no other manufacturers were found that could provide this item. The Math Works is the only source that can provide this item. This item is covered by proprietary information and is not available through dealers or distributors. This is not a Request for Quotation or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. However, all timely responses will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not it is advantageous for the Government to conduct a competitive procurement; no award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
