The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions received from
potential offerors. Accordingly, the following responses are hereby
provided to offerors' questions: 1.QUESTION: If no Internet
connectivity is in place, we can use a VTC unit back to our DC servers
then broadcast, this maybe a cost effective solution for year 1.
Should we price both scenarios? RESPONSE: NRC is requesting that you
provide your best technical and cost proposal which address NRC's
solicitation. 2. QUESTION: Line item 005- For on request one time web
broadcasts, where will these take place? DC hotels? We have several we
can recommend with services in place. It is difficult to price without
knowing locations, we may have to lease a line for instance if you are
broadcasting from a farmhouse in Montana. RESPONSE: The one time web
broadcast will be conducted in the Washington D. C. metropolitan area.
3. QUESTION: What other languages would you anticipate the broadcast
in? RESPONSE: The language to be translated in item 4.8 (c) is Spanish.
4. QUESTION: Would you like closed caption capabilities? RESPONSE: No
5. QUESTION: What is the RFP due date? Is 12/1 acceptable? RESPONSE:
All interested firms should submit their sealed offers to the U.S.
