SACLANT's Life Cycle Management, it has been determined as part of
SACLANT's AIS Investment to purchase 237 new workstations. You are
hereby invited to submit bid/proposal on the below listed equipment.
All bids must be received as per the instructions listed in paragraph
(H). (2) Technical Information/Tasking: The following is the standard
configuration for these systems and should not be altered in any way
without contacting and receiving approval of the ASSC Technical
Representative: Processor -- Intel Pentium III 500MHZ Processor;
Motherboard -- Intel 440BX; Chipset -- Intel 133 MHz 4X AGP; L2 Cache
-- 512KB; RAM -- 128MB PC100 SDRAM(6nsDIMM) expandable to 384; Hard
Drive -- Quantum 10GB (Min) IDE UDMA; Sound Card -- Ensoniq PCI 32 Bit;
CD-Rom -- 52X CD-Rom Drive; Video Card -- AGP 16MB; Network Interface
Card -- Intell 10/100; Disk Drive -- 1.44Mb 3.5 Floppy Drive; Mouse --
Microsoft Intellimouse; Keyboard -- 101+; Chassis -- Screwless SIDE
OPEN ATX mid tower w/min 300 watt power supply; OS -- NT 4.0 Preloaded;
Warranty -- Three year with on-site perfromance of warranty when
required by ASSC; Certification -- ISO 9002 certified and Y2K
Compliant. END OF CONFIGURATION. (3) Delivery Schedule: Systems are to
be delivered every two weeks with 25 systems per shipment. Scheduled
delivery start date is 01 February 2000. (4) Administration: Points of

Control: Contractor shall have a National Clearance of SECRET The
personnel assigned for maintenance support on site should be cleared
for access to at least National Secret Level. Contractor's request for
site access shall be submitted to SACLANT HQ Attn Security Office at
the above address. (6) Furnished Materials -- Contractor Maintenance
personnel shall obtain all materials, parts, or equipment as required
to complete the required maintenance or repairs. (7) Other
Conditions/Requirements -- Contractor cannot receive any hard drive
back for testing due to security restrictions once the system has been
connected to the SACLANT MIS network. (8) Instructions to Bidders --
All bids shall be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 10
December 1999 2PM EST. All bids will in a double sealed envelope
addressed to the Contracting Officer at the above address, with "DO NOT
OPEN IN MAIL ROOM DELIVER TO CONTRACTING OFFICER" on the outer
envelope. No Facsimiles/E-mails accepted. Quotes will be good for 45
