You are hereby invited to submit bid/proposal on the below listed equipment. All bids must be received as per the instructions listed in paragraph (H). (5) Security /Visitor Control: Contractor shall have a National Clearance of SECRET The personnel assigned for maintenance support on site should be cleared for access to at least National Secret Level. Contractor's request for site access shall be submitted to SACLANT HQ Attn Security Office at the above address. (6) Furnished Materials -- Contractor Maintenance personnel shall obtain all materials, parts, or equipment as required to complete the required maintenance or repairs. (7) Other Conditions/Requirements -- Contractor cannot receive any hard drive back for testing due to security restrictions once the system has been connected to the SACLANT MIS network. (8) Instructions to Bidders -- All bids shall be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 10 December 1999 2PM EST.
