TECHNICAL SERVICES TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR SPAWAR SHIP PROJECT DIRECTIVE MANAGEMENT SPAWAR intends to issue a sole source extension to a delivery order to Booz Allen and Hamilton to continue providing support for the SCN SPD Manager Automated Systems by recording, tracking and reporting configuration change requests and other system enhancements submitted by the SCN Management Analysis Reporting and Tracking System (SMARTS), Ship Project Directives (SPD) Archive users and SPROCETS (SPD Routing, Control and Electronic Tracking System), performing analysis on configuration change requests and submitting proposals to the CCB meetings for prioritization and approval, modifying and enhancing SMARTS and providing on-going training and technical assistance support to system users of SMARTS, SPROCETS and SPD Archive. Services shall be provided to 31 January 2000 with a two (2) month option to 31 March 2000. BAH is the incumbent contractor. All interested parties may identify their capability to respond to the requirement by providing supporting evidence that they can furnish the required services without interruption to the existing service and added expense that would exceed the total intended transaction cost. This is not a request for proposal and there is no solicitation available.
