The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Branch of Acquisition and Property Management of the Southwest Region, Albuquerque, NM solicits the services of 51% Indian Owned Firms. Indian Owned Firms will be required to perform services on the Tesuque Eastside Road, Located on the Tesuque Pueblo Indian Reservation, Santa Fe County, New Mexico. Contracts awarded in response to this announcement will be awarded in accordance with the authority of the "Buy Indian Act" (25 U.S.C. 47). The Project No. NP804A (2) 2&4, Grade, Drain, Aggregate Base, and Minor Asphaltic Concrete Pavement within the Santa Fe County in the State of New Mexico. Total Project is 1.08 miles of roadway. This project is estimated to cost between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contract performance time to complete work will be set at 160 calendar days. Measurement and payment for work performed, or items furnished will be made in accordance with Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects (FP-92) Section 109, Measurement and Payment. The bid opening date will be December 17, 1999 at 10:00 am. Contract will be awarded on an "All or None" basis.
