This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F0469300R0004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responses to this solicitation must make reference to this quotation number. LAAFB proposes to remove, purchase, and install audiovisual equipment for the Rockefeller Presentation Center (RPC). The project involves the removal of various audiovisual equipment within the conference room and projection booth, and the purchase of various components and equipment. Warranty information must be provided for all items. A Statement of Work will be included as an attachment to this Request for Quotation. Projected start date is 06 December 1999 with a performance period of 108 calendar days. The Government will issue a Notice to Proceed prior to commencement of work.
