84 -- GLOVES, HAU 14P SOL SP0100-00-R-4019 POC Marianne Campbell, 215-737-3292 Fax:215-737-8143 This synopsis is for the acquisition of NSN: 8415-01-467-9958, Gloves, HAU 14P to be manufactured IAW NAWC PD 4.6 1997-26 dated 23 Nov 98. This is an unrestricted acquisition and will be awarded under an IDTC with a minimum quantity of 13,920 prs and a maximum quantity of 21,750 prs for the base year and 3,800 prs minimum/7500 prs maximum for each of two option terms. The destinations are Mech, PA and Tracy, CA. Deliveries are scheduled for 150 days after date of award and end 300 days after date of award (6 delivery increments). Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be used. The following evaluation factors are incorporated into the solicitation: 1) PDMs; 2) Past Performance; 3) Manufacturing Plan; 4) Socioeconomic Considerations; 5) DLA Mentoring; and 6) Javits Wagner O'Day (JWOD).
