V -- AIRSUPPORT SOL USZA92-00-R-0001 POC Karen Glass, Contract Specialist (910)432-6145 USASOC, Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement for flight services to support the following: day and night aerial delivery of cargo and personnel, reconnaissance, message pick-up operation (MPU), day and night short take-off and landing on unimproved runways, precise night navigation equipment and techniques, and transportation of personnel as passengers. This will be a Requirements type contract for a base year with 2 one-year option periods. This procurement is unrestricted, all interested parties may sumit a proposal. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is 10 January 2000; however, the solicitation will provide the submission requirements to include the exact date and time. This solicitation will be available on the web site http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. All contractors must register for the site and EACH solicitation to ensure that notification of changes are provided. The proposal sumbission must be submitted to the contracting office with an original signature; Additionally the files may be compresssed (zipped) into one, self-extracting file entitled "PROPOSAL.EXE" using WinZip version 7.0 or less.
