Work includes but is not limited to removing and reconstructing wood framed walls; move electrical and plumbing lines; remove and reinstall drop ceilings; sawcut the ground floor slab and pour footings and 8" concrete shear wall; paint new walls and other disturbed areas; and install new carpet and/or tile to match existing. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $25. Requests will be accepted by mail only, and must include payment in the applicable amount by Cashier's Check, Money Order or Company Check made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard.
