Swann, CONTRACT SPECIALIST (304) 529-5961 The Huntington District Corps of Engineersd intends to procure the services of a contractor for Drilling Services with Limited Geotechnical capabilities. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, supplies and materials to determine the type, nature, characteristics, present extent and condition of various materials located within the Huntington District. The Huntington District consists of portions of West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, and North Carolina. The contract will be a competitively negotiated Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Contract. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year with an option to extend the term of the contract of two additional one-year periods. The monetary amount of the contract will not exceed $1,500,000.00 during the term of the contract. Award will be as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors concerned. The contractor will be required to provide one drill rig to the work site within 24 hours of notification; two rigs within 72 hours of notification; and six rigs within a week of notification. Supervision and Administration; 5. Safety; 6. Quality Control; 7. Location of the Firm in the General Geographic Area; and 8. Cost.
