The U.S. Geological Survey, The Cascades Volcano Observatory (CVO) Volcanic Disaster Assistance program (VDAP) Vancouver, Washington, has a requirement to purchase, on a sole source basis, HYDRA Monitoring software and five (5) site licenses, real-time GPS positioning software for NT OS, for multiple GPS receivers, operating in conjunction with exisiting Ashtech GBSS data collection software. The HYDRA Monitoring software is being purchased from Condor Earth Technologies, Inc., Sonora, CA 95370. This software is used in conjunction with USAID and the State Department, to upgrade existing volcanic hazard monitoring capabilities at Rabaul in Papua New Guinea, by installing a real-time GPS monitoring system. Delivery of the software is required to be shipped on CD-ROM's or 3.5 disks unless otherwise specified and certified "virus free" by 12/30/1999 to the U.S. Geological Survey, Vancouver, Washington.
