Using Commercial Items procedure pursuant to FAR Part 12, the GSA, PBS, Pacific Rim region intends to procure and award the establishment and operation of service facilities for the purpose of dispensing food and nonalcoholic beverages and such other products the Government may authorize at the Chet Holifield Federal Building, 24000 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel, California for approximately 2,100 employees during the hours of 6:00AM to 4:00PM, five days per week, holidays excluded. Janitorial, trash removal, preventive maintenance and related services shall also be provided at the above reference facility. Award may be made to the State Licensing Agency (SLA) for the blind, if it submits an offer which is determined to be in the final competitive range, in accordance with the Randolph-Sheppard Act Amendments of 1974 (20 U.S.C. 107). It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for a Five Year Base Period with Two (2) Five (5) Year Options for a total of Fifteen (15) Years. Solicitation no.
