The industry size standard that is applicable to this solicitation is Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 4225, "General Warehousing and Storage". SIC Code 4225 has a size standard of $ 18,500,000. In order to be eligible for award of the contract resulting from this solicitation, the annual receipts for an offeror, including its affiliates, must not exceed $ 18,500,000. The definitions for "annual receipts" and "affiliates" can be found at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.101. The Exdrone UAV Components Storage Facility Services are a commercial item in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (f) of FAR 2.101; as a result, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.
