system to be moved. Coordination with Premier Technologies, the
VoiceMail system vendor, will be required. Three telecommunications
equipment racks will be moved. All wiring to include power and
communications will be moved or added/deleted as required and
reconnected in the new location. There is one fiber optic run to be
relocated and reconnected. All data communications wiring will be
Category 5 (or better). It may be necessary to add additional circuits
and quad outlets to meet the power requirements in the new location.
Coring of holes to gain access to the under floor duct system may be
requuired. The user community inhabits the entire 5th floor, West Tower
and some of the 6th floor, West Tower. Timeline: Work shall be
completed within 4 weeks, with at least 75% of the work to occur during
normal business hours. There will be no impact to the computer system
user community during normal business hours (Monday through Friday,
8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM). The move of the telecommunications equipment could
begin as early as November 29, 1999. The actual start date will have to
be coordinated with the IR Team. The telecommunications equipment move
can be completed independent of the move of the servers and the
training room equipment, if necessary. There will be cabling issues to
