The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to negotiate a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0120 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), Pt. Mugu, California. The duration of this BOA shall not exceed three years from date of award. Delivery orders may be placed during this timeframe for kit procurement and installation in the F-14A, F-14B Upgrade, and F-14D Aircraft. As NGC is the designer, developer and manufacturer of the F-14 aircraft, NGC is the only known commercial source who possesses the required expertise and knowledge to provide the required effort.
