The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to negotiate a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0176 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), St. Augustine, Florida. The duration of this BOA shall not exceed three years from date of award. Delivery orders may be placed during this timeframe for Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) with associated over and above services incident to each SDLM for up to twenty-one (21) F-14 aircraft. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 Aircraft, NGC is the only known commercial source who possesses the required expertise and knowledge to provide the required effort.
