Drydocking availability to include miscellaneous repairs and extensive
painting. To qualify for an award undert this solicitation, the
offeror must execute a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA). If
not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper
assessment of the contractor's data. The time and location of the
contractor's inspection will be determined at a later date. The
tentative availability dates are April 04, 2000 through September 27,
2000 with work to take place at the contractor's plant. The place of
performance is restricted to the homeport area. This is a best value
procurement utilizing past performance as an evaluation factor. Posted
