The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, has a requirement for an Electro Optical System Validation Test Set for Thermal and Visible Light Imaging Systems. The required system shall test, measure and characterize the absolute performance of state-of-the-art infrared and visible detectors, sensor systems, and infrared and visible imaging systems. To accomplish this highly sensitive testing, measurement and characterization requirements of these infrared and visible imaging systems, high precision test set is required. The Electro-Optical System shall consist of the following subassemblies/components: Thermal Collimator, Visible light collimator, Motorized Target Wheel (thermal), Motorized Target Wheel (visible), System Controller/Data Acquisition Unit, External Thermal Area Source, Standard Target Sets (thermal and visible). The system shall be built in accordance with the Government's Performance Specification. The system shall be delivered and installed at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI. Training of the system is also required at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
