Instrumentation Command (STRICOM), Orlando, FL is responsible for
instrumentation and training devices of the Military Operations on
Urbanized Terrain/Restrictive Terrain (MOUT/RT). STRICOM is currently
in the process of creating a Request for Proposal that will result in
an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with one or more
awards to cover these requirements. The resulting contract(s) will
supply, at a minimum, the capability of audio and visual recording,
editing, and presentation; battlefield visual and audio effects;
targetry and casualty assessment; studies, analyses, and designs of
related subjects; rapid prototyping; integrated logistics support;
associated data/manuals, and limited construction. As this is a
developing training mission, this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite
Quantity contract is planned as a 3-year contract with a total combined
ceiling of $28M and a minimum of $50K for each award over the first
year of the contract. This will be an unrestricted competition that
will result in one to approximately three awards. The Government
reserves the right to make partial awards for the capabilities
mentioned herein. This competition may result in an award to at least
one qualified small business entity. The small business size standard
is SIC 3699, 750 employees. This acquisition will utilize FAR Part 12,
Acquisition of Commercial Items. Draft solicitation and attachments
