The primary work will consist of surveys, data collection and analysis, reports, management plans, maps, photographs, document reviews, training, computer data management, environmental assessments, compliance audits, permit preparation and regulatory agency coordination in the following areas: plant and animal studies, NEPA compliance, cultural resources, GIS mapping, hazardous waste and materials, solid waste, asbestos, lead, ozone depleting substances, air quality and water quality. Proposed procurement will result in a fixed price requirements contract with option to extend four optional years. AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 13 Dec 1999 at no charge per set.
