DESC: Architect -Engineer Services: Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the Mississippi Air National Guard Base located at Allen C. Thompson Field, Jackson, Mississippi. Scope of Services: Architect and engineering services are required to provide Type "A" Services (soil boring, site development, cost analysis, alternative designs), type "B" services (actual project in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations), and type "C" services (construction inspection) for maintenance and repair projects, alterations and additions to existing facilities. These projects will require multidiscipline-engineering services in investigative, design, and inspection. List of proposed projects as follows: Squadron Operation Building, Alteration of Existing Squadron Operation Building, Base Supply Warehouse, Alteration of Existing Maintenance Facilities, and Addition/Alteration to Parking Apron. The services required for each project will be negotiated under a separate delivery order. Evaluation factors: 1. Professional qualifications of the disciplines (not intended to be inclusive): Architect, Civil Engineer, and Energy Management Specialist. 2. Specialized experience and technical competence. 3. Capacity to complete work on time. 4. Past performance. 5. Location in general geographical area of the project. 6. Volume of DOD work in the past 12 months. Any resultant contract will be for a period of one year with an option for additional year of service. The maximum amount paid for each delivery order will not exceed $400,000. The cumulative amount of each delivery order will not exceed $2,000,000 per year. A/E firms located outside the commuting distance (90 Miles) of Jackson, Mississippi that wish to be considered must be willing to establish a temporary branch office within the commuting distance. The government will not pay for out of town travel. A single contract is to be awarded from this solicitation. Firms desiring consideration shall submit Standard Form 254 and 255 to Major Wayne M.
