The Contractor shall provide Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS) and patient transport services and other Government requested ambulance services fo Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC), Gallup, New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, pharmaceutical drugs, medical supplies, equipment, vehicles, facilities and other items and expertise necessary for or incidental to provide all ambulance services. Services shall be available twenty-four hours per day, sevens days per week. The Contractor must possess a valid Certificate of Necessity and License issued by the State of New Mexico. Anticipated award will be for a twelve month period from 01 feb 00 with two (2) one year options.
