The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to EBSCO Publishing (EH) to begin the use and access of their service by the USAREUR Library and Resource Center, APO AE 09014 (AREU). EBSCO Publishing provides access to a selection of 30 databases within EBSCO host. Access is by online (the Web) or CD-ROM and is available only on a subscription basis which allows for unlimited use during the subscription period. These databases provide access to more than 4,000 journal articles in either abstracts and full text. . Service will be continued through September 30, 2000.
