Conniff, Contracting Officer, (303) 236-5900 X334 THE U.S. Geological Survey, EROS Data Center, Sioux Falls, SD, has a requirement for a contractor to provide independent technical support services for creating a digital index of film for two (2) sets of photography in the film archives at the EROS Data Center. One (1) project will involve approximately 600- 9" film positive rolls. The index should include geographic coordinates for each of four corners and the frame center. The other project will involve 170,000- 70mm black and white satellite images which are on 1:100,000 scale maps. Geographic and related indexing information is required. The requirement is for one (1) basic year and four (4) optional years, pending the availability of funds. Work shall be performed on the contractor's premises with contractor personnel and contractor equipment. Delivery FOB Destination to the EROS Data Center. Issue date is planned for sometime in January, 2000, with closing est. approx. thirty (30) days thereafter.
