Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 200015, Repair Roof Mobility Center (Bldg 523) at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The project consists of removing and replacing wind damaged metal roof panels and metal siding on building number 523. Panels to be replaced shall include the first three panels on each, the north and south ends of the roof and any necessary flashing and fascia. Additionally the roof panels on the building entrance enclosures shall be removed and replaced. The existing entrance enclosure roofs have slopes that are insufficient to facilitate proper drainage. The new panels shall be installed such that proper drainage will be assured. The contractor shall field verify the existing condition of the roof and, prior to construction, shall submit proposed quantities of materials necessary for repairs. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
