U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, Office of Acquisition, Office of
Contract Support, General Contract Division (G-ACS-2B) intends to
negotiate on a sole source basis with Dassault Falcon Jet Corp.,
Teterboro Airport, Box 2000, South Hackensack, NJ 07606, (201)
541-4743. The supplies and services to be provided are proprietary, and
specifications, plans and drawings are not available and cannot be
furnished by the Government. Dassault Falcon Jet Corp, is the only
known source capable of providing the required supplies and services.
This statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10
USC 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or
services will satisfy Agency requirements. Companies who can provide
the above listed proprietary products must indicate their interest on
or before 15 December 1999. Oral Communications are not acceptable.

Award is 16 December 1999. No quotation/proposal received in response
to this notice shall be considered since this synopsis cannot be
considered a Request for Quotation/Proposal. All responsible sources
will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a

available upon request. For Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged
Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of
Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) has a program to
assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged enterprises to acquire
short term working capital assistance for transportation-related
contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program
(STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable
financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000. For further
